Please note, all backgrounds must be appropriate (G rated).

If we do not have it on file for you, one of our team members will ask you to sign it prior to the start of camp. The form can be accessed by logging in to your account. If you do not sign the form, but still allow your child to participate, this is considered implied consent to all of the terms and conditions listed on our consent form and our website.

Logistics & Child/Parent Participation:
• Here are some helpful tips for sign in each day:
• Make sure your child’s first name or nickname (only) appears on the Zoom screen. This will help us get your child into their camp/class breakout room in a timely fashion.
• Sign in to your Zoom call 5-10 minutes early. Camp sessions take place Monday to Friday, Noon to 3pm EST. We will get you in as quickly as possible.
• Download the required software downloaded prior to sign in! For camp, if you need additional assistance on Monday, our Tech Team is ready and waiting to help 30 minutes prior to camp and available by appointment before class. Sign in early and we will be sure to check in with each family to see if assistance is needed.
• Late additions and changes to our registration lists happen! It may take us a few minutes to locate where your child needs to be. We appreciate your patience and will get your child to the correct spot as soon as we can.
• Encourage your child to ask for help if his or her computer isn’t cooperating. We have a fabulous and very knowledgeable IT team who can help with technical problems that arise.
• Our goal is to provide a child-directed learning experience, where our campers/students communicate directly with their instructors. This means that questions and participation should be through our campers/students. As parents, if you would like to ask a question or make a suggestion, please contact our camp/class director directly so they can help.
We look forward to helping our campers and students continue to learn, grow, and have fun!
